The Path of Destiny (2018)

For this piece he decided to have destiny be the idea that he wanted to show while having the Ford mustang as the central image. A Ford mustang is a symbolic metaphor for destiny because destiny is a kind of path or road that everyone travels and a Ford mustang is made to drive on roads. Destiny can be like a puzzle because sometimes there is only one solution, but sometimes there are more than one possible solution.

Video Haiku 2 (2019)

The purpose of this was to show how there are obstacles in life that can be hard to overcome and sometimes we just need to slow down in our lives.

Distractions (2019)

This art piece is about anxiety. This central image is puzzles. He chose to make the cut/transition by when the person in the puzzle video is about to finish a part of it, he put part of the video of the person drawing a line right after because it shows how someone with anxiety can be easily distracted, especially with something that makes them feel anxious or to distract them from the thing(s) that are making them feel anxious. He chose the sounds he did for each part because the heartbeat makes the viewer feel kind of anxious since it gradually gets faster each time a puzzle clip shows up again and the scissor cutting the paper is something that one might hear everyday, but can also make someone feel anxious.

Ball is Life (2019)

For this piece he wanted to show what it might be like to be a ball. People usually don’t think much about how the ball might feel if it were an animate object.
